We're writing to share an important update to Real News PR's billing and invoicing policy. This policy applies to all new projects, contracts, and invoices issued on or after January 8, 2026.

Updated Payment Terms

• Invoices are due upon receipt.
• Payment must be received within 14 calendar days of the invoice date to avoid late fees.
• Accepted payment methods: ACH, wire, credit card (secure link), Zelle, or check.
• Accounts delinquent over 30 days may be placed into collections.
• For projects requiring deposits, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required to reserve dates and begin work.

Late Fees & Work Status

• Invoices not paid within 14 days will incur a 10% late fee on the outstanding balance.
• An additional 10% late fee applies every 30 days thereafter.
• Late payments may result in suspension of work or delayed deliverables.
